Santa Float 2007
Santa's sleigh visits every road in Kenilworth and Leek Wooton over a two to three week period in December. We're also there at the two lighting up ceremonies - in the Old Town and in the main Square.
First and foremost it's simply a bit of fun and designed to bring some early Christmas cheer. And it's not only popular with the kids either - there are some rather "big kids" out there who seem to enjoy it just as much !
And what's more, we are also able to raise money for charity. All of this goes to very worthwhile causes - the main beneficiary being the Senior's Party in Kenilworth.
The generosity of Kenilworth people is certainly put to good use - we are always able to entertain a full house for each of the two party nights.
You can find this year's routes below. We start at around 7pm on weekdays, and 6pm at weekends. Please remember - it can take a couple of hours to get round all the roads on any night, and unfortunately we sometimes have mishaps with the Sleigh, or the weather can hamper progress.
We do our very best to make sure we can keep to the plan, and always plan an extra night in case of need. You can check for any alterations or related announcements on this site.
